Happy Birthday RJ

RJ bought himself a Corvette, so I made a car to go on top of his chocolate on chocolate basketweave cake.

Red, Green, and White

I hate conforming to the "normal", but since I didn't have anything Christmas like made up normal would have to do. This cake was made so I could test a recipe I had written. I don't like to make cakes and not take the opportunity to decorate them. These colors just shouted at the top of their lungs CHRISTMAS.

For the third year in a row, my girlfriend has requested a cake themed with Hollywood. This year was a pretty simple one becauseall she wanted was her Hollywood Star!

Entercom Communications

To get a little holiday baking done, I decided to send some cake and cookies to Entercom Communications, which is the home of Z104. I made some cinnamon roll cookies, my recipe for Browned Butter Pumpkin Stout Cake, and a mocha cake (chocolate cake with espresso buttercream).

Below is the Mocha Cake and in the corner of the photo you get a minute glimpse of the cookies!

Such a sweet cake

This cake was requested for a woman's birthday and they wanted it feminine. I knew that pink was a must and since I wanted to use up some extra fondant I had, I added some ribbon roses, 5 petal flowers and leaves.

The flavor of the cake was tiramisu.
