CDOT 28th annual cake show
It's been a while since I posted anything, but I have been a busy little bee with a few competitions and working. This month the CDOT Cake Show was held and I finally made up my mind at the last minute what all I would be entering. I decided to enter a tiered cake since I had some practice dummies already fondanted, and two tastings(ultimate carrot cake and Browned Butter Pumpkin Stout Bundt cake). I received 3rd on my tiered cake, 2nd on my carrot, and honorable mention on my bundt cake.Until next time
